Just wishing all of you a splendid holiday! While many of us will not be gathering for a traditional holiday feast with extended family, we still can remember family, friends and neighbors and be thankful for our many gifts and blessings. We can also be thankful for the small things in our lives – the smiles of grandchildren shared on a text or the smile one discovers on the face of a masked grocery shopper!
Fr. Jim and all my Sisters in Council – I am thankful for all of you – your willingness to serve on the Board of the SDCCW, your willingness to serve God and others, and all the help and support you give me and one another. I am blessed to be surrounded by such beauty and generosity. God is so good and showers us with His love and presence every day.
Please have a safe and healthy holiday celebration.
